Rental facilities at the Ranch include:
8,000 square-foot lodge:
- huge great room with comfortable seating
- fully furnished kitchen with dining area
- two airy conference rooms
- TV/lounge area
- lodging/restrooms for 40 guests, including two suites with king-size beds
- gorgeous view of the Ranch grounds
- access to the White River, including fishing pier (two minutes’ drive)
- use of large space in administration building for groom’s wedding party (as needed)
- lodge may be rented by wedding parties or by organizations
- handicapped accessible
11,000 square-foot event center:
- wireless sound system with bluetooth capability
- round and rectangular tables and chairs for up to 180 guests (included in rental)
- gorgeous chandelier and ceiling drapery
- fully furnished commercial kitchen
- dishes and flatware for up to 180 guests
- serving platters, pitchers, pots, and pans
- restrooms

1,400 square-foot country chapel:
Indoor Chapel
- pew seating for up to 90 guests

1,400 square-foot bridal suite (beneath chapel):
- luxurious large bedroom
- three makeup/hair stations for bridal party

Pricing & FAQ for Rentals at the Ranch
Note: Our chapel and event center may only be rented for weddings, retreats, or conferences. For insurance purposes, we do not rent facilities for other events.
Anyone hosting an event at the Ranch must also pay a $300 deposit (refundable if facilities are maintained properly) and $100 event insurance policy. If you have questions regarding this policy or want to pay your deposit by phone, please contact Kirsten Harvey.
