Can I tour the facility on a weekend?

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate a tour on the weekend since most weekends are booked for events.

Can I have alcohol at my event?

Yes, you can serve beer and wine at your wedding. However, you must have a licensed bartender if you will be serving mixed drinks. 

What is the capacity of the venue?

Our reception/event center holds 180 people. 

The indoor chapel can seat 80 people.

The outdoor chapel can seat 180 people.

Can we walk around campus and explore?

Unfortunately, we do not allow guests outside of the yard of the building that is rented since we have children that live on our campus. 

Can we play on the slide or use the barn?

No, we ask that you only use the building that you rented and do not use any other equipment or buildings in the area.

What is provided with my rental?

All tables and chairs are included. Also, we have bluetooth sound systems for all buildings. Please feel free to take inventory of what is provided in the kitchen area when on your tour. Everything in the buildings is available for your event. No decorations are provided for your event unless it has been left from a previous event. 

What size are the tables and how many are provided?

23 – 5ft Round Tables 

8 – 6ft Rectangle Table

We do not provide any table clothes or chair covers.

Are cleaning supplies and trash bags provided?

Yes, we provide trash bags and cleaning supplies.

What do I do with the trash from my event?

There is a dumpster out the side door of the kitchen of the Event Center where all trash must be placed.

Are pets allowed on campus or in my wedding?

Pets are not allowed on campus due to state regulations.

Can I take my engagement photos on campus?

You are welcome to take pictures for your engagement, however you must set up an appointment and can only take them Monday through Thursday. 

Do you allow parties other than weddings in your facility?

No. Insurance only allows weddings on campus.

Do you have lodging?

Yes we have a lodge that sleeps 40 and you will need to contact the office for pricing. Please note that all bedding and towels are provided but no soap or shampoo is available.

Where do we park if we are having a wedding at the Indoor Chapel? 

You can park in the field in front of the Chapel. Please do not go past any roped off area or safety cones.

How long do I get the facility?

You may be here at 9am the day before your event and you must be out at noon the day after the event. 

What time does my event have to end?

We ask that all events be done at 11pm.

What does cleanup involve?

We ask that you leave the building like you found it, except for any laundry that has been used. Each building has a designated spot for used laundry.

Do you have an area for the groom to get ready?

Yes, we have a room for the groom and his groomsmen to get ready and it is located in the Event Center Men’ Bathroom, which is accessed through a lockable door in the back of the bathroom.

Is there internet access?

Yes, all buildings have wifi access.

Do I have to get event insurance?

Yes you will need to get insurance through www.theeventhelper.com.

If a 30-day notice from the day of your event is received, your deposit will be returned to you.
