Golden Puffs
2 cups self-rising flour ¾ cup milk
¼ cup sugar 1 egg
1 tsp. nutmeg Deep fryer with oil
¼ cup oil Cinnamon & sugar
• Mix all ingredients together
• Heat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees
• Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil, fry until golden
• Roll in cinnamon sugar
