The Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches’ original, main campus is located on 568-acres on the White River near Batesville in Independence County. Arkansas sheriffs founded this campus in 1977.
What started as one mobile home for boys has expanded into a campus with four cottages, a multi-purpose gym/event center, an administrative building, a barn and pastures, and multiple facilities available for rent for weddings and conferences.
And of course, there’s lots of land for children to explore on bikes, ride horses, fish, and work with Hereford cattle and other livestock.
If you’re considering donating to the Ranch, volunteering at the Ranch, or renting our facilities, why not schedule a tour of our grounds?
