Directions to the Batesville Ranch

From Little Rock

• Take 67/167 past McCain Mall through Searcy to Bald Knob.
• Take exit 55 at Bald Knob, following 167 to Batesville.
• Cross the White River bridge.
• At the third traffic light, turn left onto Highway 69 (Harrison Street).
• Follow 69 through downtown, turning right at the four-way stop at Harrison and Central Avenue.
• Cross the railroad tracks.
• Go six blocks to Highway 106 ( Ross Street), turning left on 106. You’ll turn between two bank branches.
• Follow Highway 106 7½ miles to Bethesda.
• Turn left on Earnheart Road. A highway department sign points the way to the ranch.
• Travel approximately 3 miles, turning right on Saint Vincent Place at the sign that states, “We are growing.” You’ll be making a right turn next to a large pond.
• Administrative offices are in the middle building, with the large concrete patio in front.

Coming south from Cave City on Highway 167

• Turn right at Highway 69. There will be a traffic light at the intersection with Western Sizzlin’ on the left side of 69.
• Follow Highway 69. At the first stop sign – just past the Independence Fairgrounds – turn left onto Central Avenue.
• Stay on Central until you reach the intersection of Highway 106 (Ross Street). Turn right on 106. Citizens Bank branch is on your right at the intersection.
• Follow Highway 106 7½ miles to Bethesda.
• Turn left on Earnheart Road. A highway department sign points the way to the ranch.
• Travel 3 miles, turning right on Saint Vincent Place at the sign that states, “We are growing.” You’ll be making a right turn next to a large pond.

From Jonesboro

• Take Highway 226 through Cash to the intersection of Highway 67, between Tuckerman and Swifton.
• Turn left on Highway 67, headed to Tuckerman.
• Turn right on Highway 37 in Tuckerman, heading toward Elgin. Intersection is just past Tuckerman Church of Christ.
• Stay on Highway 37 until it intersects with Highway 25 at Cord.
• Turn right at the intersection, then turn left about one-quarter mile, following the road to Batesville. You’ll stay on Highway 25.
• When you reach the intersection of Highway 25 and 167, there will be a traffic light. Western Sizzlin will be on the left across the highway.
• Go straight across the road on Highway 69.
• Stay on 69 to the first stop sign, just past the Independence Fairgrounds.
• Turn left onto Central Avenue.
• Turn right on Highway 106 at the intersection just past Central Avenue United Methodist Church. Citizens Bank will be on your right so watch for the time and temperature sign.
• Follow Highway 106 7½ miles to Bethesda.
• Turn left on Earnheart Road. A highway sign will point the way to the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches.
• Travel 3 miles, turning right on Saint Vincent Place at the sign that states, “We are growing.” You’ll be making a right turn next to a large pond.
• Administrative offices are in the middle building, with the large concrete patio in front.

Directions to South Arkansas Campus (Amity)

From Little Rock (Take Social Hill Exit) or go to Arkadelphia

• I30 exit @ Social Hill (#91)
• Stay on Highway 84 through Bismark
• Go through Point Cedar continue to follow Highway 84 to the intersection with Highway 346 (approximately 17 miles)
• Turn left onto 346 and follow signs 2.2 miles to Cox Creek turnoff
• Turn left on road that will lead to Arkansas Sheriffs' Youth
• Ranches, Inc. campus (approximately 1 mile)

From Hot Springs

• Take Highway 7 south to Bismark
• Turn right onto Highway 84. Go through Point Cedar, continuing to follow Highway 84 to its intersection with Highway 346.
• Turn left onto Highway 346 and follow signs 2.2 miles to Cox Creek turnoff.
• Turn left on road that will lead to campus.

From Arkadelphia

• Take Highway 8 and travel 25 miles to Amity
• On the square in Amity, turn right on Highway 84, traveling north.
• Take Highway 84 to its intersection with Highway 346 (5 miles).
• Turn right on Highway 346 and follow signs 2.2 miles to Cox Creek turnoff.
• Turn left on road that will lead to campus.

From Mena

• Take Highway 8 to Amity.
• On the square in Amity, turn left on Highway 84, traveling north.
• Take Highway 84 to its intersection with Highway 346 (5 miles)
• Turn right on Highway 346 and follow signs 2.2 miles to Cox Creek turnoff.
• Turn left on road that will lead to campus.

From DeQueen

• Take Highway 70 to Kirby.
• At the intersection of Highway 70 and 84 – go straight onto Highway 84 into Amity.
• Stay on 84 at the square in Amity and travel to intersection of
• Highways 84 and 346 (5 miles)
• Turn right on Highway 346 and follow signs 2.2 miles to Cox Creek turnoff.
• Turn left on road that will lead to campus.
